My motivation to take care of others as a CNA comes from a deep sense of compassion and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. I find it incredibly fulfilling to help those in need and to see the immediate difference I can make in their well-being and comfort. Building strong relationships with my patients and being part of their journey, whether they are recovering or need long-term care, drives me every day.
